Separations that print the way they look
A separation is only as good as it prints. Good seps account for dot gain, mesh count and ink opacity; build a choked white underbase for dark garments so colours sit bright without a visible white edge; and add trap where colours meet so small registration shifts do not open up gaps.
We prepare each channel with those production factors in mind, and name every screen so the job is easy to set up on press.
