Iron-on, hook-and-loop (velcro) or sew-on — chosen for the garment, the wash cycle and how the patch will be applied.
Clean edges
Merrow borders for classic round, square and shield shapes, or laser-cut edges that follow custom outlines tightly.

Choosing the right patch type
Embroidered patches are the default for logos, crests and uniform badges: raised thread texture that lasts through years of washing. Woven patches use a finer thread and a flat weave, so they hold small text and tight detail that embroidery cannot reach at small sizes. Sublimated patches print the design onto the fabric, which allows gradients, photographs and unlimited colours. Leather patches are debossed or laser-etched on real or vegan leather and are most common on caps and bags.

Sizes, minimums and lead times
The minimum order is 24 patches. Pricing is based on a 3" × 3" patch, and every additional inch adds $1.00 per patch, up to a 12" maximum. Production takes 7–10 business days after proof approval, followed by 2–3 business days of delivery worldwide.

Production takes 7–10 business days after you approve the proof, and delivery takes a further 2–3 business days worldwide.
