Logo & applique digitizing
Your logo, converted into a clean, efficient stitch file — proper stitch types, underlay, and pull compensation set for the exact fabric it’s sewing on, so it lays flat and holds its detail at small sizes. Applique elements are digitized with correct placement and tackdown lines built in.
3D puff embroidery
Foam-backed, raised digitizing built specifically for puff — not a flat design run through a puff setting. Density, direction, and underlay are set so the foam cuts cleanly and the design keeps its shape wash after wash.
Caps & patches
Cap digitizing accounts for the curvature of the hat from the start, so text and logos don’t distort across the seam. Patch digitizing includes correct backing and border treatment for merrowed, laser-cut, or heat-seal finishing.
Vector art & redraw
Low-res logo, a scan, or a photo of the physical item? It gets redrawn into clean vector art first, so the digitizing itself starts from accurate lines and color separations — not guesswork.
